4. Live Sessions & Recorded Events

• Consent to Record: TEAM AET frequently records live sessions for educational or archival purposes. By joining these sessions, you acknowledge and consent that your name, voice, and image may be captured and used by the Company.

• Participant Privacy: You are prohibited from recording, screenshotting, or sharing private sessions or member discussions without explicit consent from all participants.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Professional Advice: Our content is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

• "As Is" Service: We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Participation is at your own risk.

• Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AET Tri shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
